Pricing
All pricing is subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, The Sticka Shop Pty Ltd from time to time, reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating services.
Payment
All sales must be paid for at the time of sale. All payments are securely processed via PAYPAL, you are not required to setup a Paypal account in order to make payment. Payment can be made from your Paypal account balance, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or a Savings/Cheque Account. You will be emailed an invoice for your purchase once the shopping cart process is complete.
Logos
Some of the logos included on this site are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective companies and are provided as a convenience only for their lawful use. It is the expressed intent of thestickashop.com.au that any unauthorised use of these items by the purchaser shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The purchase of any item from thestickashop.com.au is not authorisation for the use of any specific logo or trademark. By purchasing the said logos, you are indicating that you have authority to use the artwork. Thestickashop.com.au reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to create any custom designs they deem libellous, scandalous or improper.
Custom Quotations &
Accuracy of Specifications
A quotation not accepted within 30 days may be changed. Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. The provider can requote a job at the time of submission if the information or data provided does not conform to the information on which the original quotation was based.
Electronic Images/Files
It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a copy of the original file. The provider is not responsible for accidental damage to media supplied by the customer or for the accuracy of furnished input or final input. Until digital input can be evaluated by the provider, no claims or promises are made about the provider’s ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize customer-supplied files will be an additional charge.
