What are the Shipping Locations & Rates?
Standard shipping within
Australia via the Australia Post network is FREE on all orders. Please note we do not have a minimum order value.
We have an optional flat rate express shipping and handling fee of $10.00 per order. This is sent via the Australia Post Express Post network, so it may not be available to some country or remote areas, please contact us or check with Australia Post, if you are unsure.
This is a flat rate fee per order, you can order as many items as you desire per shopping cart and still only pay the one shipping fee.
All custom products will be quoted separately for postage, these are sent via Express Post or a Courier, depending on size.
What are the Shipping Times for
Stock Items & Colours?
Stock Items/Colours normally ship out within 48 hours of being ordered, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). If for any unforeseen circumstances there is a delay in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
What are the Shipping Times for Custom Items?
Custom Items normally ship within 2 to 3 business days from the time that we receive completed artwork or an approved proof.
All shipping and production times are estimates only. We try to make and ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer; therefore the customer will be solely responsible for all information provided.
Thestickashop.com.au is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors, or incorrect addresses provided, but will make every effort to rectify the situation where feasible.
How do I send artwork or ideas to you for my Custom Sticker?

Can you handle the design/artwork? What does that cost?
Yes we can produce custom artwork for any of our products. The cost varies depending on what your specific needs are and the complexity of the design. Please contact us with your requirements and you will be quoted upon accordingly.
Do you have a catalogue that you can send me?
Unfortunately due to the amount of stickers that we can produce we are unable to send electronic or hard copies of our catalogue. All stickers that we offer can be viewed & searched for online via our website. Or you may contact us via email if there is a particular sticker you are looking for that is not listed, and we can advise you if we are able to produce it for you.
Can you return products purchased online?
TheStickaShop.com.au, designs and manufactures all products according to the information supplied by the customer. TheStickaShop.com.au is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer. TheStickaShop.com.au manufactures decals custom made to order. Each decal is manufactured to specific sizes, vinyl material, design and quantities. Therefore TheStickaShop.com.au is unable to issue refunds or exchanges on custom made decals. All sales are final. Standard stickers purchased online may be returned at the purchasers cost, in original sealed condition, within 14 days for a full refund, excluding postage.
Do all colours cost the same?
You can select the desired colour of your sticker from the drop down boxes in the product page. All colours are the same price except for the premium colours of gold, silver and metallic, these incur a surcharge due to the specialty of the vinyl. The metallic vinyl can be compared in appearance to that of a speed boat, with a fine sparkle.
What vinyl colours are available?
The vinyl colour chart under the articles tab, can be viewed as a guide to the colour sticker that you desire. The actual colour may vary slightly from the screen colour due to the limitations on monitor screen settings. We will produce the sticker in a colour as close as possible to that displayed on screen, but have the right to substitute to the closest colour available, should there be no stock available in the said colour.
I am living overseas can I still order a sticker?
Yes. Please email us with your location and desired sticker’s and we will arrange a quote for you on the shipping costs. Payment is still to be made via Paypal.
